"Sekscoaching is een vorm van coaching die zich richt op seksualiteit. Als sekscoach maak ik gebruik van coachings-technieken om jou te helpen je seksleven te verrijken en werk ik op een pro-aktieve manier. Dat wil zeggen dat we uit gaan van een leerproces. Een sekscoach geeft begeleiding vanuit de eigen ervaring en vanuit intellectuele verdieping in het onderwerp. Hij of zij maakt daarbij gebruik van coachingstechnieken die gericht zijn op verandering door ervaring. Men komt bij een sekscoach met de instelling iets praktisch te leren.
